2012 is the 6th year of The ‘Savour Kilkenny’ Food Festival - having been established in 2006 by a group of Kilkenny people who are passionate about food; whether growing it, making it, cooking it or eating it.
We are also planning a broad range of interesting and informative food events throughout the weekend to enhance the appeal of the festival to a wide audience.
Once again this year, thanks to support from sponsors, we are having the highly successful ‘Food Village’ event on The Parade Plaza, which allows people to celebrate food and to experience the very best Kilkenny produce and restaurants alongside some of the best regional and national produce. There will also be a host of exciting events going on throughout the city and county…..
